How to Create and Reuse a Project Template in Tato

• Open a project that has the structure you want to reuse.
• In Tato chat, run the template extractor skill on that project.
• The skill is designed to pull out the project’s reusable structure, such as:
  • timeline
  • phases
  • deliverables
  • scope patterns
• If your projects differ from the example, tweak the skill prompt to match your needs.

• Once Tato finishes extracting the template, review the result in chat.
• If anything looks off, ask Tato to make edits before exporting.
• When you’re happy with the output, click Copy to move the template into a document editor.
