How to Create and Reuse a Project Template in Tato
1. Extract a template from an existing project 0:00

- Open a project that has the structure you want to reuse.
- In Tato chat, run the template extractor skill on that project.
- The skill is designed to pull out the project’s reusable structure, such as:
- timeline
- phases
- deliverables
- scope patterns
- If your projects differ from the example, tweak the skill prompt to match your needs.
2. Review and refine the extracted template 1:24

- Once Tato finishes extracting the template, review the result in chat.
- If anything looks off, ask Tato to make edits before exporting.
- When you’re happy with the output, click Copy to move the template into a document editor.
