The Tato Agent can join project interactions when invited, just like a human team member.

Every customer has a Tato Agent. For example, Acme Corp would have a Tato Agent with the email [email protected].

Interactions on a project include Meetings, Chats, Emails, Documents, and Project Management App activity. We’re constantly working to increase the number of supported integrations.
Supported: Currently available and fully automated
Alpha: Currently available on request and with a manual process
Future: Not available. Added to the product roadmap.
Tato can listen to meetings on video conference tools.

Tato generates its own transcripts and processes meetings individually.

Supported:
For scheduled meetings, Tato monitors its Outlook calendar in M365. All you need to do is invite it to the meeting by adding your agent ([email protected]) to the meeting invite. It will use the conferencing link to join the call at the scheduled time.
For meetings or calls when Tato was not invited, on Microsoft Teams, Tato can be called in using the request to join button.
At the beginning of a Microsoft Teams call, two Tato agents will join. The first agent’s job is to join and click record so that the team can use the Microsoft Teams recording in the future. The second agent’s job is to record the meeting for the Tato platform.
If the Second agent ever fails to join the call, Tato will use the recording that was generated by Microsoft Teams (activated by the first agent).
Tato can read emails and attachments.

Tato can join meetings when it has been invited to a meeting with a conferencing link. The conferencing link must be for one of the supported Meeting integrations.
