Skills: automate your workflow, share what works Skills do the whole job — pull the data, check the status, write the summary, flag the risk — not just answer a question. Build a skill that works and share it with your team, so everyone's Monday prep runs the same way yours does. New team member mid-implementation? They can hit the ground running with the same skills the rest of the team has been using for months.
Project onboarding Tato now has an onboarding flow to let you put critical project context upfront — upload a project charter and key documents, assign a customer, define the project phase, key dates, and more. The more context Tato has about how your project is set up, the better every answer and report gets.
Report improvements Single meeting reports are significantly better, with improved source attributions and access to meeting transcripts.
Tato parle maintenant français Much of Tato's experience is now available in French. Get in touch with our team to make your company Tato default to French or set your own language in your profile.
New website We launched a refreshed tato.co. Take a look.

Released Feb 2, 2026

Tato is faster where you feel it most, adds the first human-in-the-loop editing controls, improves automatic project tagging, and starts rolling out our refreshed brand.

Release includes:

New human-in-the-loop edits (experimental). We’ve introduced editing Meeting Summaries and experimental People and Milestones features using Tato’s chat (shown above). Want to try it? Reach out and we’ll walk you through it or turn on experimental features (from settings → features).
Activities page loads 300%+ faster. The Activities page (where you view all interactions) is now 3x+ faster, and 10x+ faster on customer instances with larger knowledge bases.
Project tagging improvements. Cleaner project matching based on titles and keywords and fewer “wrong project” moments when meetings have generic titles or overlapping terminology.
Chat + Reports fixes. Bug fixes and edge-case improvements.
Our new brand is starting to roll out. You’ll begin seeing refreshed visuals across the app.

Get better answers, faster. Tato now thinks in steps. It searches your meetings, figures out what you're really asking, and comes back with a cleaner answer. No more spelling everything out.
A homepage that knows you. When you open Tato, you'll see prompts based on who you are, what projects you're on, and what day it is. Less hunting, more doing.

We iterated on Reports a bunch, adding sources, chat features, and squashed plenty of bugs. We launched a Risks Register beta, added meeting recording downloads, and added project-level tagging and notifications controls.
