You can now upload documents directly within chat to compare requirements, scope, or configuration files against meeting discussions and more, helping identify gaps or inconsistencies quickly. The new Interactions Filter lets you assemble a focused set of calls, chats, project management activity, and file uploads to ask anything you need.

Interactions Filter – create a selection ("shopping cart") of calls, chats, PM app activity to focus detailed analysis and discussions in chat.
Document Upload in Chat – upload files directly in chat to compare documents with meetings and anything else in your Tato, making things gap analysis easy. Project history uploads will soon allow adding documents to the project timeline for full traceability.
Bug fixes and performance improvements for enhanced reliability and usability.

Released May 23, 2025

Tato’s new chat interface brings cleaner formatting, one-click access to sources, and automatic chat titles so you never lose context. Searching past conversations is fast, and we’ve added multi-line replies and easy copy-paste for results. Additionally, Tato now spots calendar events it wasn’t invited to (but should be) and quietly suggests joining. Our Microsoft Teams integration now covers Channels. Admins get a new usage dashboard.
