Open the Activity page
From the main page, navigate to
Activity
Select your project
You can view interactions across all your projects, or narrow down to a specific project.
Connect your Microsoft calendar
Connect your Microsoft calendar so Tato can understand your schedule. Then, decide whether you want it to join your meetings automatically.

Use the search bar
To narrow down your activity list, start typing in the search bar. This acts like a Ctrl + F — it searches through interaction names and transcripts.
Start a smart search
When you press Enter, Tato performs a smart search to find the most relevant interactions related to your keywords.

Apply additional filters
You can also refine your list by:
- Activity type (e.g., meeting, chat, note)

Open an activity
Click on a specific activity from your Activity list. You’ll be redirected to the Activity Summary page.
View the activity summary
The page displays a summary of the interaction. For meetings, you’ll also see the attendees’ names listed in the header.
Understand snippets
Snippets appear as short pieces of text, each paired with details like date, source, and status. They represent the most granular data view available in Tato, extracted directly from your interactions and shown in the interface.

Best practice: Use snippets to quickly review what was said or decided in meetings — without having to replay recordings.

Chat with Tato
From the Activity Summary page, you can start a chat with Tato. This opens a new page where, just like any AI chat tool, you can ask Tato questions about your interactions.

Open the options menu
From the
Activity
page, click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Upload a meeting recording
If you forgot to add Tato to a meeting but recorded it on Microsoft Teams, you can upload the video and transcript directly from this menu.
Add important documents
You can also upload any important document that you don’t want Tato to miss — such as project briefs, reports, or key deliverables.
Add notes and summaries
For 1-on-1 meetings or informal conversations where Tato wasn’t present, you can upload notes or summaries.
